Please note that the UChicago Science Incubator does not have an additional monthly “per person” charge, compared to other incubators. Additional, one-time setup fees associated with moving in and occupying the space will be outlined in a definitive membership agreement along with options for parking at an additional cost. The proposal reflects current availability and pricing. We are unable to hold any lab or office assets until the formal membership agreement is signed.
